Connective Tissue (Fascia) Release

What it is
A focused, hands-on connective tissue massage for the face, jaw, and neck that releases restrictions in the fascia—the web of tissue that wraps muscles, nerves, and vessels. When fascia gets tight or “sticky,” it can trap fluid, limit movement, soften contours, and make skin look dull or puffy. Releasing it restores glide, circulation, and natural lift.

Why fascia release matters

  • Frees fluid + reduces puffiness: Stuck fascia compresses lymph pathways; gentle release helps fluid move.

  • Restores movement: Better glide → easier jaw/neck motion and less clenching tension.

  • Improves nutrient delivery: More circulation supports a brighter, healthier look.

  • Boosts results of other treatments: Open, mobile tissue lets actives and modalities work more efficiently.

  • Calms the nervous system: Slow, specific touch downshifts stress—your face feels lighter.

Benefits you can see + feel

  • Refined jawline and cheekbone definition

  • Softer “11s,” jaw, and neck tension

  • Noticeably less puffiness (especially under-eyes)

  • Smoother movement and ease in expression

  • A clearer, more even, “awake” look—without devices or downtime

How it works (flow)
Targeted mapping → precise fascia release (face/jaw/neck) → rhythmic lymphatic moves to de-puff → light finishing layers for comfort.

Important: This is not a facial.
It’s a standalone fascia release session that focuses purely on connective tissue and lymph pathways. No extractions, masks, or device steps.

Great as an add-on
Pair fascia release with any treatment (microneedling, corrective peels, sculpting, LED, etc.) to:

  • Pre-open tissue for better glide and comfort

  • Enhance product penetration and circulation

  • Reduce post-treatment puffiness and tightness

Frequency
Best in a series (weekly/biweekly × 3–4) for cumulative ease and contour; then monthly maintenance.

Notes
Avoid if you have active infection, open lesions, or very recent injectables (follow your provider’s window). If under medical care, bring clearance.
