SHIPPING AND PICKUP POLICY

Where we ship

We currently accept shipped orders only to destinations for which a shipping option is displayed at checkout. U.S. shipping is available. International shipping is not currently available unless a shipping option and price are shown at checkout.

U.S. shipping rates and delivery estimates

The current Economy shipping options displayed at checkout are:

  • Orders of $150 or more: free Economy shipping.
  • Packages weighing 0–5 lb: $7.88.
  • Packages weighing more than 5 lb and up to 35 lb: $23.88.

The current Economy delivery estimate displayed at checkout is 5–8 business days. The rate and estimate shown at checkout for a particular order control if they differ from this page. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address problems, or other events outside our control.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised date and, when required, the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are prepared on business days. When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with the order. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; an address change is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Pickup in store

Pickup is available for eligible products when shown at checkout. Wait until you receive a pickup-ready notification before visiting the store. Bring your order confirmation and identification if requested.

Delivery problems

For a package marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. For a damaged package, incorrect item, missing item, or another order problem, follow the notice and documentation process in our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
