Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective date: September 6, 2026

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Victorious SkinCare through victoriousskincare.com or at our Davidson, North Carolina location. Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are also subject to the marketplace terms described below.

Final sale — no voluntary returns or exchanges

All product and gift-card sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, an incorrect product selected by the customer, or opened or used skincare, beauty, wellness, or personal-care products. Please review product details and your order carefully before purchasing. Do not mail or bring back a product unless Victorious SkinCare has provided written authorization.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Order cancellations

For an order placed directly on victoriousskincare.com, you may request cancellation at any time before the order is fulfilled. A cancellation is not complete until Victorious SkinCare confirms it. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. We will initiate an approved refund within five business days; your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed orders

Our no-returns rule does not prevent us from reviewing a product that arrives damaged or defective, an incorrect or missing item, or an item that is materially different from its description. Contact us as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

Do not discard the product or packaging and do not send anything back unless we instruct you to do so. After review, we may provide a replacement, reshipment, store credit, refund, or another remedy as appropriate and as required by the applicable platform or law. This section is not a general right to return a product.

Services, treatments, packages, and prepaid appointments

Service, treatment, package, and prepaid appointment charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Results vary, and no result is guaranteed. If management determines that a client is not an appropriate candidate for a purchased service, the unused purchase amount may, at management's discretion, be applied to another eligible service or product. Appointment cancellation and rescheduling terms continue to apply separately.

Marketplace and sales-channel purchases

Orders placed through TikTok Shop, Facebook or Instagram checkout, Shop, Google or YouTube commerce surfaces with platform checkout, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other third-party marketplace are governed by that platform's checkout terms, return and refund rules, cancellation rules, and buyer-protection program. If a platform rule conflicts with this policy, the platform rule applies to that platform order. For example, eligible TikTok Shop purchases may have platform-mandated return or refund rights even though direct Victorious SkinCare purchases are final sale.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, including rights relating to an item that was not delivered or was materially not as described.
