Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
At Victorious Skincare, we value your time and our providers’ schedules. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our cancellation and late arrival policy below.
Appointment Cancellations
48 Hours or More Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
Within 48 Hours
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Within 24 Hours / No-Show
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to arrive for your scheduled service, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. No refunds will be issued.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client’s appointment. The full service fee will still apply.
Additional Notes
- Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file at the time of cancellation or missed appointment.
- Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in restricted booking privileges.
- By booking an appointment with Victorious Skincare, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
Subscription, Pre-Order & Try Before You Buy Terms
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy purchase. The policy below explains how these purchases work and how they may be changed or canceled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
- Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled.
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email includes a link to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are placing an order for a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available in inventory.
- We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.
- You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not been fulfilled.
- Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a full or partial refund, subject to our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a “try before you buy” item, we may authorize your payment method before shipping the order.
- You will have a set period of time to decide whether you would like to keep the item.
- If you do not return the item within the allowed timeframe, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.
